Our apartments are available for short and long term rentals.  The apartments are 525 square feet (48.77 square meters) and all are equipped with  A/C, new stove, refrigerator, queen size semiposturepedic bed, queen size sofa sleeper, dinning table and chairs, restored antique tile, granite kitchen counter tops from Italy, new bathroom fixtures and walk in-shower.  Apartments opens to a full size patio. Cable TV and Internet included.

Rojo Apartment (Sleeps 4). Nightly rate $155.00 based on double occupancy and $15.00 a night for each additional guest.  Queen size semi posturpedic bed (sleeps 2), two individual full size sofa sleeper (sleeps one each), dinning table and chairs, a/c., new stove and refrigerator.
